This page includes a variety of analytical sketching done while studying abroad in Vicenza, Italy during undergrad. Focusing on a range of scales, these studies aimed to train the hand to be an extension of the eye. its not about drawings a perfect image, but representing what is there, and perhaps finding something new you didn’t see before. This includes an in-depth visual study in architectural columns, portraying their structural, societal, and organizational importance.
